Hashflow x MoonPay: Now Buy Crypto via Fiat!

Last week, we announced our integration of MoonPay to enable the first fiat on-ramp on Hashflow! The Hashgang can now easily purchase digital assets and trade immediately using their debit/credit cards & transfers from crypto-friendly banks across 160 countries 👇

A challenging onboarding experience has always been one of the biggest barriers for the mainstream adoption of DeFi. With this new fiat on-ramp, we are simplifying the onboarding process onto Hashflow and making DeFi more accessible to everyone as we’ve envisioned in our 2023 roadmap. Product Upgrades & Technical Progress

In addition to the MoonPay integration, the Eng team has been working feverishly on the Hashverse and new contracts over the last two weeks. The Hashverse has gone through end-to-end alpha testing internally, and the Eng team is progressing into beta testing early this week. We’re inching closer and closer to the launch, and we can’t wait to unveil the full experience. May 🪐

The Eng team has also been developing new EVM contracts to support cross-chain swaps with non-EVM chains, which are now being audited. In the meantime, work is also being done to optimize the overall product experience and liquidity. More cool stuff and updates to come 👀

Hashflow Welcomes Andrew Saunders as 1st CMO

In other bullish news, Andrew Saunders, previously CMO of Arbitrum, officially joined Hashflow as our first Chief Marketing Officer to lead all marketing, growth, and communications efforts! We’re thrilled to have “Colonel Saunders” on the team. His track record across both web2 and web3 is impressive to say the least, and he will play a major role in driving further growth and adoption of Hashflow globally. Let's F'n Flow 🫡🖤🤍

Basic Degenomics: LIVE from Consensus

Continuing our degen tradition, our Chief Degen Alan Caroll and newly minted CMO Andrew Saunders hosted Basic Degenomics live from Consensus 2023!  Our first guest was Austin Federa, Head of Strategy at Solana who chatted all things SOL. We also had the one-and-only DeFi Dad, a super-user & educator full of spicy crypto alpha. After Consensus, we were joined by Keith Grossman, President of MoonPay, who is one of the industry leaders bridging the gap between web2 & web3. Don’t miss out 👇

Community Highlights

For the Hashgang entering the Hashverse, we had two surprise drops over the last two weeks. HUGE congrats to @gitsmol on winning the 15th sword ⚔️ out of 1000+ artifacts and to @ksk04101 for taking home a Med Pack ⛑️!

We also hosted a "Stacks on Stax" giveaway to celebrate the first fiat on-ramp on Hashflow. Congrats to @0xRennnnard who is now a proud owner of the new Ledger Stax with a limited edition, custom lock screen design 🎁

And as we reached the end of April, we continued our “Hashgang Heroes” tradition on Fridays. We featured @mongdiny7, another one of our OG Hashmods! 👇
